Payment Information
Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store your credit card number or banking details. Creem's privacy policy applies to payment data.

4. Prompt and File Data
The text prompts you submit are sent to AI model providers (such as OpenAI or similar services) solely for the purpose of generating your requested files. We do not use your prompts or generated files to train AI models without your explicit consent. Generated files are stored temporarily to allow you to download them and are deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ExcelForge:
- Clerk — User authentication and account management
- Supabase — Database storage for user data and file metadata
- Creem — Payment processing and subscription management
- Vercel — Frontend hosting
- Railway — Backend hosting
- OpenAI / AI Providers — AI generation processing

6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated files are stored for up to 30 days unless you delete them sooner. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.
