Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with ExcelForge. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — no questions asked.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Business) and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each plan level.

To request a refund within this window, contact us at support@getexcelforge.com with your registered email address and order details. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used any credits in the new period, we will consider your refund request on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until then. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 7-day money-back window described above.

4. Credits

Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features. Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits at the end of a billing period do not carry over and are not refundable as cash. If your account is cancelled, any remaining credits are forfeited.

5. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no charge and does not qualify for refunds. Free credits are provided as a courtesy and may be modified or removed at ExcelForge's discretion.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, please contact us. We will review each situation individually and may offer a credit extension, partial refund, or other appropriate remedy.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Creem. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days). Creem's refund terms may also apply in certain circumstances.
